Hilevel Rustic River 7'6'', 5wt is a nice budget blank from the Swedish shop Hilevel. Downlocking reel seat with slightly bronzed hardware and ebony insert, together with the cinnamon blank color gives it a taste of the laste Phillipson EF-series from early 70's. Sold before completion.
