Here is a recently finished T.L. Johnson "Synergy" 7'6'', 4/5wt. A modern blank you don't see very often these days, manufactured during a short period of time a few years ago. It's a crisp dryfly taper with a rather stiff action for being made of glass. Fast flexing upper half, and a stiff, powerful butt section. This comes from the taper itself, but also from the fact the butt section has a few rounds of graphite scrim in the core of the blank, blended with the fiberglass prepreg. It's appointed with yellow Elephant silk over chrome guides, NOS Mildrum stripper, a flat full wells grip and a cork seat with my own skeleton in aluminum with green rubber plate.

This rod is spoken for.
